Misery
A women captures and immobilises her favourite author and tortures him till he changes the plot of his books into the way she wants it to be. The author is sent down a spiral descending to the very pits of hell as this women breaks him into her own storytelling pet. You can experience the thoughts of a man's desperation taking over him as he looses his identity throughout the book. The maniac breaks his legs and shatters his hopes to move on his own leaving him on an addiction on advils and pain

I've woken up many times in the middle of the night traumatised by this book's excruciating and detailed torture scenes. But don't let that deter you from reading this! Exceptionally good read if you are into mysteries and horror fiction. 5/5

"Re-read" this, after having read it when it first came out. I actually listened to the audiobook, and I LOVED it!!! The reader was fabulous, kept me on the edge of my seat, even though I knew what was coming. This is one of King's best novels, I think!!!
