“The first thing she noticed was his eyes were closed and his breathing shallow. She frantically searched for her phone to call someone. Logan’s name was the first one she could think of.
“Logan!” she yelled into the phone.

“Me and Kayla got attacked. Some female vampire killed me. Cage was pissed off so he grabbed me and took us back home in his spirit form. We made it, but he’s not moving.”
“Wait…what? Is he breathing?”
