Genetics I like you but you’re slowing me down. When this doorstopper showed up in my holds pile at the library, I should have returned it right then and there. The end of school year/start of summer is no time for immersive reads. It’s incredibly well-written, accessible, fascinating, but I chose my audiobooks over it again and again and fell asleep into it every night. Would have been a better eread but it’s looking more and more likely I may have lost my Kindle.

What a brilli
ant earth shuttering book! The staff good science fiction is made of except happening IRL now as we live. So many amazing new ideas and facts, I was forced to stop reading and just contemplate and share with friends and family what I read. I'm not very good at science, although love reading pop science books and magazines, yet this book was quite accessible even to someone with barely passable grade in biology class. I would love to thank the author for the wonderful experience of reading this great book!
