The Lake House
This novel is a sequel of a well-known Patterson’s book When the Wind Blows. It tells about six children, who were able to fly owing to genetic engineering and the scientists. They managed to escape terrible government experiments, a childhood in captivity, and deadly danger. However, finding themselves in the outer world they are about to face a danger greater than any they've ever known. The only thing the children desire is to get to the Lake House, a place of safety and peace.
