Stephenie Meyer changed the cliché of a parasitic vampire into a wonderful god-like animal with her Twilight book. In Twilight, a normal secondary school young lady, Bella Swan, begins to look all starry eyed at a standout amongst the most wonderful young men at her new school, Edward, who happens to be a vampire. What does one call a dazzling, secretive vampire and his shocking, baffling vampire crew? "The Cullens" would suffice.

ook and your eyes to the page. In the blink of an eye, the book is over. Be that as it may, don't stress – there are three spin-offs: New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn.
Twilight is elegantly composed from Bella's perspective. Dusk is such a sublime book, to the point that it was a New York Times blockbuster. Who might have felt that the thought for such a shocking book could originate from a fantasy the writer had? The subject is affection overcomes all, even the powerful. Nothing hinders love for Edward and Bella. On the other hand isn't that right?
Meyer's style of composing will make them need to trust that there are perfect vampires wandering our reality and only ideally there will be Edwards for the young ladies' majority who have experienced passionate feelings for this anecdotal yet stunning character. Since the characters' adoration is prohibited, it just improves it. All things considered, illegal natural product tastes the sweetest.

It took me two days to finish this book I stayed up until 2:14 to finish it even though I had class the next morning. I really like the book better than the movie, Edward and Bella have so much more personality in the book so much so that I cracked up laughing a lot. The book is a lot less awkward than the movie, but I do have to admit that I feel like Edward and Bella got touchy Feely a bit to quick and made me feel awkward. I would have liked the slow growing relationship. I thought how they kept asking each other questions and just genuinely wanting to know more about the other person was super cute. I feel like Edward is very controlling, but in a way I guess I could understand why considering how he's really not supposed to be around Bella but is any way, so he's probably taking responsibility for her life since he is the one putting her in danger. But it still annoys the independent I like to do things on my own part of me, to the point where I kinda want to punch Edward in the face. Still a good book though.

Finally. It took me almost two whole weeks to get all the way through it. I have a high tolerance for crap, but this was an endurance. Bella and Edward have a twisted, codependent relationship built on emotional manipulation. One is a deranged psychopath with a superiority complex, the other is a 108-year-old vampire who views humans as pieces of meat. Each is a terrible influence on the other, and that honestly makes the story more depressing than anything else. The worst character in the story, I think, was actually Bella's mother Renée. She likes the part where she gets to dote on her daughter, but not the part where she has to be a responsible adult. I believe that everything wrong with Bella is a direct result of being raised by Renée. However, the most frustrating part wasn't how messed up the characters were, it was simply how much the book drags. A chapter in Twilight is as long as two or three chapters in any other book. Just when I think a chapter is nearing the end, it keeps going. It gets so, so boring, and that's the worst sin any piece of media could commit. 3/10

I've been trying to get through this thing for nearly a week, and I'm only on Chapter 8. The chapters are so friggin' long and drawn out. Just when I think a chapter will end, it keeps going. I probably wouldn't mind so much if the story were any good, but unfortunately, this is Twilight. There's only so much Bella being a sociopath and Edward being abusive that I can stand in one sitting. But, I must continue anyway.

Just got through the first chapter. Bella has serious issues and needs therapy. Edward is scary as fuck. And I already know the story well enough to know that it's only going to get worse from here.

I love the movies and the books. I saw the movies before I started reading the books and the movies were good, I can't wait to read the books. :)

Um this book is even more gross than I was told... Twihards, please think about some of the messages in this book before you yell at me. For example, whenever I read this I get major “you are nothing w/out a man” vibes. That’s disgusting. The plot itself is okay-ish, definitely not the kind of thing I would read, but only if you remove all of the gross moments...
